Chill-Max Glycol Power Pack Warranty - Canada

Effective Date: April 1, 2024

Eighteen (18) Months Parts & Labour Warranty:

Chill-Max Glycol Power Packs sold by Canadian Beverage Supply Inc. are guaranteed against defects in both material and workmanship for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of installation, but in no event to exceed (19) nineteen months from the date of shipment. The compressor only is warrantied for an additional forty-two (42) months. The installation cost to replace a compressor after eighteen (18) months is the responsibility of the end user.

In the event of a potential warranty claim within 30 days of shipment or 30 days of installation (whatever is later, maximum of 60 days from the shipment date), contact your sales representative with the following information:

• Picture of the unit as it currently is, and if still in packaging, the packaging.
• Clear description of the issue
• Location for pickup
• Location confirmation for redelivery

After confirmation of a valid warranty issue, CBS will immediately send out an equivalent unit at no charge and arrange for pickup of the defective equipment. Please note, shipping damage is not covered by warranty – if shipping damage has occurred, this MUST be clearly noted on the bill of lading. Failure to note the damage on the bill of lading may result in freight claim being denied by the carrier.

Once the equipment has been installed for 30 days, the warranty provider takes over all aspects of the warranty process until month 19. Please refer to the attached list of defects and the associated coverage provided to repair the defect. Canadian Beverage Supply Inc. does not provide any warranty whatsoever beyond the 30-day period. Trinity Warranty will pay claims based on the warranty information provided below, and the customer agrees that Canadian Beverage Supply Inc. has no warranty responsibility beyond 30 days of in-service equipment.

Extended Warranty – Additional Eighteen (18) Months Parts & Labour Warranty:

An additional eighteen (18) month parts and labour warranty is available at an additional cost at the time of a Glycol Power Pack purchase. Purchase of the 18 month extended warranty results in the Glycol Power Pack being warrantied against defects in both material and workmanship for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. At expiration of the extended warranty the compressor only is warrantied for an additional twenty-four (24) months. The installation cost to replace a compressor after thirty-six (36) months is the responsibility of the end user.

The maximum number of hours per repair is provided below.

In addition to the maximum repair time, there is a maximum travel time and parts allowance that is payable. Onsite service time to be billed at a maximum rate of $125.00 CAD per hour labour. Travel time to be billed at $100 CAD per hour, up to a maximum 90 minutes.

The warranty is applicable to the following product codes, ordered on or after April 1, 2024.
